By downloading, installing, or using the Pro Shopit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including store administrators and managers.
Pro Shopit is a mobile application developed by Pro IT Services s.r.o. that allows authorized administrators to manage a self-hosted e-commerce store. The App is designed for business use by authorized personnel only.
Pro IT Services s.r.o. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business administration purposes, subject to these Terms.

Pro Shopit is intended exclusively for use by authorized store administrators and managers. You must have valid authorization from the store owner to use this App. Unauthorized use of this App to access or modify store data is strictly prohibited.
Pro Shopit connects to a server that you configure and control. You are solely responsible for:
Pro IT Services s.r.o. has no access to your server or data and bears no responsibility for data loss, unauthorized access, or any issues arising from your server configuration.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Pro IT Services s.r.o. does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pro IT Services s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro IT Services s.r.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
The App may interact with third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) through your own server. Pro IT Services s.r.o. is not responsible for the services, terms, or privacy practices of any third parties. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
We may release updates to the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You are encouraged to keep the App updated. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
