How do I log in to the app?

Pro Shopit uses QR code login. Log in to your web admin panel, navigate to Users → your user profile, and click "Generate App Token". A QR code will appear — scan it with the Pro Shopit app on the login screen.

What server address should I enter?

Enter the base URL of your store server, for example https://yourstore.com or https://api.yourstore.com. Do not include /api/v1 — the app adds that automatically. Make sure your server is accessible from your mobile network.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Check the following:

  • Make sure you allowed the Notifications permission when prompted.
  • Check that the app has not been battery-optimized (Settings → Apps → Pro Shopit → Battery → Unrestricted).
  • Ensure your server is reachable from mobile data/Wi-Fi.
  • The app must have been opened at least once after login for the background service to start.
The QR code scanner doesn't work. What do I do?

Make sure you have granted Camera permission to the app. Go to Settings → Apps → Pro Shopit → Permissions → Camera → Allow. Then return to the app and try scanning again.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

No. Pro Shopit requires an active internet connection to communicate with your store server. All order data, statistics, and notifications are fetched live from your server.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Pro Shopit stores only your server URL and authentication token locally on your device. No data is sent to Pro IT Services s.r.o. All communication is between your device and your own server. See our Privacy Policy and Data Safety pages for details.

How do I delete my data?

Tap the Settings icon in the app and select "Log out" to clear your stored token and server URL. You can also simply uninstall the app — this removes all locally stored data. Your server's data is managed separately on your own server.

What Android version is required?

Pro Shopit requires Android 8.0 (Oreo, API 26) or higher. It is optimized for Android 15 and supports 16KB page alignment.
